What Are Kiss Cut Stickers?
Kiss cut stickers are cut through the vinyl face only, leaving the backing paper intact. Each sticker stays neatly aligned on its sheet until you peel it, which makes them the easiest stickers to use for fine detail logos, small text, and multi-design packs. If you have ever peeled a sticker straight off a sheet in seconds — hands-free of scissors and tear risks — you have used a kiss cut. Custom kiss cut stickers give you that same effortless peel at wholesale quantities for branding, packaging, and promotions.
Kiss Cut vs Die Cut: What's the Difference?
A kiss cut cuts through the top sticker layer but not the backing liner, so the sticker stays attached to a rectangular backing piece. A die cut sticker is cut all the way through the liner to follow the exact outline of your design, with no extra backing left behind. In practice: die cut reads as a single premium decal; kiss cut is built for sticker sheets, fine details, and easy peel. Need both in one order? We print both formats, so you can offer die cut hero stickers and kiss cut sheet packs from the same artwork files.
Why Businesses Switch to Custom Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets
- Low cost per sticker. Multiple designs share one sheet, so volume pricing pushes your cost-per-unit down at every tier.
- Easy-peel delivery. Customers and staff can peel and apply in seconds — no fiddling, no damage to fine detail edges.
- One order, many designs. Put a logo, tagline, contact info, and reward code on a single custom sticker sheet.
- Waterproof vinyl performance. Durable, fade-resistant, and sweatproof for laptops, water bottles, and outdoor signage.
- Faster approval. One digital proof covers the whole sheet, so the entire pack gets approved in a single round.
Waterproof Kiss Cut Stickers for Laptops, Bottles & Windows
Because the vinyl surface is sealed and weather resistant, waterproof kiss cut stickers are the default choice for everyday items that take a beating — laptop lids, water bottles, tumblers, phone cases, and vehicle windows. Outdoor use is fine too: UV-resistant inks keep colors bright for months on storefront glass. For clear surfaces, see our clear vinyl stickers; for single-shaped decals, browse custom round sticker printing.
Sticker Sheets for Event Giveaways & Branded Packs
Event organizers and brands choose kiss cut sheets because a single sheet distributes several designs at once. Hand one sheet to a guest and they pick their favorite sticker on the spot — an easy way to boost giveaways, conference swag, and thank-you packs without ordering separate SKUs. Combined with custom QR code stickers, a sheet can carry your offer, link, and brand identity together.
Materials, Finishes & Shapes
Every custom kiss cut sticker prints on premium vinyl — white, clear, or holographic for a shimmering foil effect — at full-color 300 DPI with UV-resistant inks. Choose gloss, matte, or soft-touch lamination and permanent or removable adhesive. Shapes are die cut to your artwork, from circles and squares to intricate mascots and planner icons, in sizes from 1" up to 12"+ panels.
How We Print Them — In-House, On Our Own Presses
Your sticker sheets are printed, laminated, and die cut in-house, so we control quality and turnaround end to end. Artwork is preflighted for cut lines, color is proofed against our presses, and you approve a free digital proof before we run anything. For planning purposes, pair your order with custom product label printing and keep every sticker need in one place.
Artwork Checklist for Kiss Cut Sheets
- Print-ready files — AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, or high-res PNG at 300 DPI.
- Bleed 1/8" outside each cut line so edges finish clean.
- Cut lines on a separate layer so we can verify shapes before production.
- Minimum 1/8" spacing between designs so the blade tracks cleanly.
- Keep text 1/8" clear of the cut line.
Pricing, Minimums & Turnaround
Custom kiss cut stickers start at a minimum order of just 100 units, and per-sticker pricing drops as quantity climbs — ideal if you are stocking sheets for wholesale sticker printing. Standard production runs 15–18 business days, rush is available for launches, and shipping is free across the US. Every order includes a free digital proof and free design support, so the sheet you approve is exactly the sheet you receive. Tell us your sheet size, designs, and quantity in the quote form and our team will confirm pricing within one business day.
