Design and Proofs Approval
Thepackhive.com will not be responsible for: Approvals will be given before production in the form of digital proofs.

Once production has begun, no changes may be made.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Cancellation Policy
You may only cancel an order prior to approving the design proof. Once the proof has been approved, or work on your order has begun, you can unfortunately no longer cancel or refund your order.
